Ämnesomsättningen uppges inte påverkas, och tillväxthormorna stiger. Av att skippa maten?!
John B är ju en kille som också vill ha muskler, men nog måste väl dem ta stryk om man inte äter…

Tas verkligen all energi från kroppens fettlager och annan lagrad energi (glukos), istället för att själva musklerna ska omvandlas till energi?
Något att grunna på för mig som bygger muskler men inte vill bli fet…
